MEETING NOTICE OF CITY OF COLBY BOARD OF CANVASSERS

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Canvassers, consisting of the Clerk and two election officials, will hold a meeting immediately following the ballot counting on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 in the Community Room at City Hall, 211 W Spence Street, Colby, WI  54421.  The meeting is to conduct the canvass of the municipal offices from the Spring Election.

            NOTICE IS FURTHER HEREBY GIVEN if the city has any pending provisional ballots to be returned, the City of Colby Board of Canvassers will reconvene on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 4:00 PM to conduct canvass of rehabilitated ballots at the City Clerk’s Office, 211 W Spence Street, Colby, WI.

            These meetings are open to the public to observe the canvass process.
